Our presenters are not only proficient public speakers but also accomplished salespeople and our Account Managers, all having worked in the Media industry for some time, have extensive expertise in all areas of media operations including sales training. This ensures that our client’s management teams and sales executives have the skills to close deals, consistenly service their client base and improve upon current budgets.
Moreover, the analysis incorporated into all of our programs is meticulous and disciplined. We routinely identify areas for improvement regarding our clients sales records, evaluation processes and sales management, providing a secondary yet very beneficial service.

The Director of InXcess Pty Ltd, Cheryl Newsom has worked in the media industry over the past 14 years in a variety of senior sales and management roles. With a specific focus on newspapers for 8 of these years, Cheryl has spent a significant proportion of time implementing programs designed to grow her client’s customer base and to simultaneously secure forward contracts with new customers.
Most of Cheryl’s work has been in educating SMEs on the most effective ways they can market their business through their local media. In a short period of time, InXcess has gained a reputation in the media industry as a dynamic company with the ability to deliver proven revenue generation solutions for it’s media clients and much of this has been due to Cheryl’s leadership.
As the only licensed re-seller of CityXpress products in Australia, New Zealand, Asia, South Africa and the United Arab Emirates, it is Cheryl’s goal to make InXcess the number one multi media revenue generation consultancy in the southern hemisphere.
